Great experience. There was no hope of survival of my pet jullie as she was suffering from pyometra. Dr. Soni operated her. Now she is doing well and playing around. Must visit clinic
Warning: Do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Dr. Sapna's lack of experience and insensitivity caused a tragic outcome for Oscar, a stray with an ear hematoma. Despite the expensive surgery, no consideration was given to his status as a stray. Even after experiencing severe post-surgery symptoms, Dr. Sapna dismissed them as normal, leading to Oscar's death. Her unprofessional behavior in responding to clients' feedback raises further concerns about her professionalism. Beware of seeking treatment at this clinic.
Very disappointing service. My friend went here with his dog Lucy who had tick fever. The doctor already knew the issue but still made me do unnecessary tests and charged high fees. After their syrup, my dog started vomiting badly. When I called again, they only suggested more drips to make money. Not a trustworthy clinic.
I have been bringing my cat Jacky here since he was 3 months old, and now as he will be turning 5 in September, I can confidently say this is one of the best veterinary clinics. Yesterday, Jacky had his dental scaling done, and it was handled extremely well with great care. Even routine check-ups and blood tests are done thoroughly and professionally, ensuring he gets the best treatment every time. The doctor and staff are caring, gentle, and attentive, making every visit comfortable for Jacky. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic to all the pet parents so that they can get their little one's treated with proper care and expertise.
0 stars Expensive and lack of experience She will give useless medications and suggest expensive tests. The. She will say go to govt hospital or dont have pets at all in reviews. Even if you see the replies to low rated reviews, you can see how arrogant she is.
