I have been visiting this Vetic Clinic from August 2025 and initially took my pets for Vaccination, Bath & Hygiene and bought the package for the same. The Vets are really nice and professional but from the last few Visits it is more about upselling, unnecessary charges and when you try to discuss it the Receptionist/Cashier is anything but polite. He talks like we owe him our property very rude. In a resent visit I had my pets their for bath and hygiene that I had bought in Package and it was the only time I left my pets with them and when I returned they were in Basket. After reaching hope I realized that the bath was not done properly so I raised a complaint and received a call to get it redone. When I Visited again to get it redone from them the Cashier asked for the payment which I denied and then as usual I don’t know, he doesn’t know, they don’t know. We are getting it checked. It is frustrating that they trapped me in believing that they accept the mistake and will fix it but then they deny it. I won’t visit Vetic again at least not this branch. I think they should seriously consider to train their staff on how to behave.

Total fraud and bad experience - I visited Vetik Pet Clinic, Sector 47 today and honestly it was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had. My appointment was booked for 9:30 AM and I reached right on time, but the doctor arrived around 20 minutes late. I understand delays happen, so I didn’t create an issue and waited patiently. The vaccination itself was done, and up to that moment everything still felt manageable. But what happened next completely ruined the experience and raised serious concerns about their billing and customer practices. The real chaos started at the payment counter. I was told I need to buy a vaccination package worth ₹3,647, and I agreed without argument. I also requested a basic nail cut for my pet at around 10:00 AM. The counter staff (Pooja) told me to wait “just 5 minutes,” but the grooming team only came at 10:15 AM, wasting time again. Then came the biggest red flag: the amount on the billing screen kept changing like a joke. First I saw a total close to ₹6,000, then suddenly it became ₹5,321, and after I questioned it again, the final charge for vaccine + fever medicine + nail cut was shown as ₹3,647. I paid the amount that they themselves confirmed as final and left. Even after payment, no proper invoice was shared with me, which is unacceptable for any professional clinic. A customer should never have to chase basic billing transparency. The worst part is what happened after I left the clinic. Within 30 minutes, I received a call from the clinic staff (Pooja) saying I need to pay ₹2,000 extra immediately, because they supposedly “gave me the wrong package.” This was not my mistake, not my decision, and not my responsibility to fix. Then instead of handling it professionally, she started forcing me to pay the same day, saying that if I don’t pay immediately, I won’t get any discount on my next vaccination. That’s not a solution — that’s pressure tactics. If your staff applied something wrong, the correction should happen internally, not by threatening or cornering a paying customer after they’ve already left. I escalated the matter to customer support and explained the full situation, but that did not help. Later, I visited the clinic again around noon hoping for a proper resolution. At that time the staff admitted it was their internal staff issue and said they would “fix the invoice issue.” I thought finally they were taking ownership. But again, I started receiving calls insisting I must pay ₹2,000 today, and they kept repeating that “nothing can be done.” This is completely unacceptable. You cannot charge someone, send them home, then call and demand more money because your counter staff made mistakes. It reflects poor training, poor accountability, and extremely questionable billing practices. Overall, this experience was a complete disaster — delays, false waiting time commitments, inconsistent billing figures, no invoice, and then harassment-style follow-up to demand additional money. This is not how a pet clinic should operate. People come here with their pets expecting care, professionalism and trust — not confusion, manipulation, and billing drama. I will never visit Vetik Sector 47 again, and I’m posting this publicly so others can be cautious and avoid going through the same stress. If you still decide to visit, confirm every charge in writing beforehand, demand a proper invoice immediately, and do not tolerate pressure calls after payment.

The experience was great until a recent incident My shih tzu was returned absolutely shaved and the private area was carelessly handled which resulted in inflamation n redness extremely painful for us overall. He had a few razor cuts on his nose as well as paw Wouldn't recommend since they clearly take in ppl with n without experience
