This vet is completely unprofessional and only cares about money, not animals. On our first visit, she acted very sweet, even kissed our puppy, which made us feel we were at the right place. But then gave a ridiculous diet plan of just 10g a day (13–15 kibbles/ per meal). Even when we asked multiple times, they kept saying “puppies stay hungry, feed only this much.” Because of this nonsense, our puppy became so weak we could literally feel her ribs. ( we were feeding her 6 times less because of wrong guidance 😟) On the second visit, her true face came out. She didn’t bother to answer our questions properly, told her receptionist “I already wrote it down for them, right?” and behaved arrogantly. Instead of helping, she and her staff kept pushing us to buy things. She even had the audacity to blame us for the puppy’s weakness, when we followed her exact instructions. We were already feeding Canine Creek (a premium food she herself suggested), yet she forced us to buy food from her, saying ours wasn’t good enough. To top it all, she ran multiple tests without asking us and dumped a shockingly high bill on us. Her staff is also trained in selling the products, one of her staff members who gave vaccine to our pup was constantly cribbing about puppies weakness and asking did you buy food from us? If not then no matter whatever you feed its trash This vet is a trap. She knows how to act nice the first time to win trust, and then shows her money-hungry attitude later. Strongly warning all pet parents – stay away from this place if you love your pets. DONOT FALL IN THIS TRAP BOYCOTT THIS PLACE There are other good vets out there who genuinely care about these innocent creatures.

Gave us bad medicine due to which the condition of my already sick pup deteriorated. Kept arguing very rudely upon being confronted. Suggested i take it up with the pharmacy and that it is not their fault. No accountability. Doctor was also very rude. Unnecessarily expensive. Once, we just spoke to the doctor in the alleyway for 2 mins about our dogs health, they added a ₹500 consultation bill for that too. Although we disputed and other pet parents present there disputed it too, they levied it anyway. The overall service and delivery is also very slow. They keep trying to add expenses to the bill. Not satisfied with the service at all. If I could.I would give a zero star. Wouldn't recommend it.

It’s interesting to see so many people resonate and echo my own thoughts about this clinic. In my 8 months of taking my kitten to this clinic it remains clear that this clinic is profit driven to its core - bundling products, charging consultation fee double of what is the rate, making me pay separately for bandaging my kitten’s paw post op (which op cost 25K by the way) and charging another 1000 a day for a bandage that’s made of gauze cotton and doctor tape (with a dab of Betadine applied before the bandage is put on). I was told there’s a technique to this bandaging but interestingly the bandage slipped off on two occasions soon after they’d done it up and when I asked the doc she thought it right to blame my pet and said your kitten bit it off (she did not; the bandage came off within 30 minutes by the time I reached home from the clinic because it was loose). I was not given any information by her staff on removal of my kitten’s sutures 15 days after op even though I was at the clinic everyday for five days after on which days the staff reminded me endlessly of the need for bandaging but conveniently forgot to give instructions on suture removal and next steps - this was mentioned only once to my mother on the day of the op. When I took cleo 4 weeks after the op dr sristi turned it on me and started blaming me for being careless with my kitten. She said she asked her staff everyday if my kitten had come in which is so dramatic because if you were aware and concerned everyday then wouldn’t it have been the right thing to have your staff call me and tell me the plan of action? She ratcheted up the costs by putting my cat on liver medication with no end date and when I asked her a month later if the meds should be continued she asked me to get a blood test done again and was largely clueless about the duration of my kitten’s liver medication (no prescription was given to me). Mind you this would have been the fourth blood test for cleo in 2 months since the dr sristi refused to rely on an older blood test. Her billing and accounting system is totally cooked. I received one bill across over 15 visits. All entries are made in a notebook in rough. I spoke with a family friend who is a vet and said I was being fleeced. He actually laughed at the costs and paranoia that this clinic was creating. I have so many more instances but this should suffice. Don’t visit folks. Find a better place.

These vets BUTCHERED my dog . I had taken her for nail clipping. When my dog cried , THEY SAID NOTHING. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TREAT THE WOUND. ANTI-ANIMALS VETS. Then charged me 200 rs for butchering my dog. The attendants are unskilled and the owner sits there to just collect money.

I had a great experience at Pet Well Clinic with my pet, Mr. Dom. The staff was kind, professional, and very gentle with him. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure Mr. Dom was comfortable the entire visit. The clinic was clean, organized, and welcoming. I truly appreciate the care and attention they gave my pet. I highly recommend Pet Well Clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring veterinary clinic. Thank you Dr sristi
