I truly trust Dr. Ratnesh with my pets’ health. He is professional, caring, and clearly loves animals. The vaccination process was smooth and stress-free. I would confidently recommend him to any pet owner.

Good for grooming - hair cut and wash. But vet doctors are kind of useless, better stick to your neighbourhood knowledgeable doctor. In my case every medicine or every treatment provided so far is kind of useless.

From the moment I walked in, the overall vibe of the place felt warm, welcoming, and well put together. The ambience is really nice — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, which instantly makes you feel relaxed. The staff deserves a special mention. Everyone was extremely polite, attentive, and professional. They were patient, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. You can tell they actually care about customer experience, which honestly makes a huge difference. Even small things — like checking in at the right time, explaining things properly, and being genuinely kind — stood out. The service was smooth and well-managed, with no unnecessary waiting or confusion. Everything felt organized and efficient, yet not rushed. It’s the kind of place where you feel respected and taken care of as a customer. Overall, this place left a really positive impression on me. Great ambience, amazing staff, and an overall pleasant experience. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for good service and a comfortable, enjoyable time. Definitely visiting again!

On 9th Dec we booked & went to their branch near Galleria (Gurgaon). Staff / Vet were very polite and supportive to check our new pet (45 day old Husky, called Snowy). The young lady Dr. cleared the pet of any internal infection or lung congestion. We were impressed due to which we booked their one year vaccination package & paid over 10,000 - our 1st visit! However next day we noticed the pet infection persisted & went to another vet (a Sr Dr.) who took blood samples for a thorough investigation (cost 1000). The rapid test at Vetiq costing 1,600 proved to be a dud. Next day the report showed infection and we started the treatment that went on for over a week. We were impressed by the experienced & knowledgeable Dr. & found him to be handling numerous pets viz a viz we were the only ones at Vetiq. We decided not to go back to Vetiq or pursue the package that we had booked, but never used. On our request to cancel the package & over a month of calls & persuasion, they have not refunded the advance amount paid and say it cannot be cancelled - which was not communicated at time the booking. We have spent far more than we would have at Vetiq but are satisfied with our new Vet but are dismayed with the attitude and professional capabilities of the Dr. at Vetic! Be aware !

I have been going to Vetic for a couple of years now for my pet Bella and the grooming experience has been the most convenient for me and enjoyable for her! It is also my favorite place to order her food as I get a good discount every time and the delivery happens quickly.
