⭐ 1 Star — Very Disappointing Experience at Vetec Pet Clinic I had a terrible experience at Vetec. I took my dog, who was clearly in pain due to a problem in his rectal area. Instead of identifying the actual issue, the doctor misdiagnosed it as a stomach infection. They performed unnecessary tests — X-rays, blood tests, an enema, and IV fluids — and prescribed antibiotics, none of which helped. Over just a day and a half, the bill came to nearly ₹20,000, yet my dog’s condition only worsened. Later, a second opinion confirmed that it was simply rectal inflammation — something that could have been treated easily without all the excessive and invasive procedures. Overall, the experience was distressing for both me and my pet. I strongly do not recommend Vetec Clinic. Please be cautious before trusting them with your pet’s health.

The groomer cut my dogs nose with scissors and my baby was bleeding profusely. And worst is doctor walked out without giving even first aid. The receptionist wrote some medicine on a piece of paper and asked to go purchase from chemist. Not even on letter head. Totally unapologetic. Totally careless attitude of all staff. They dont care. Only busy collecting money and i even paid for having my babies nose cut. No relaxation of charges inspite of such a big blunder. Dont consider for grooming. Its a bad place.

The clinic is well-maintained, organized, and very professional. I had the pleasure of meeting Mayank, who guided me so patiently and professionally regarding the right food for my baby puppy and explained the daily management aspects in detail. He answered all my questions with clarity and genuine care, which made me feel very confident about my pup’s health and nutrition.
