Been having a brilliant experience at Vetic. The groomers are kind and patient, the doctors take their time to help and support and the staff is so charismatic and proactive. A one stop place for all needs for my pet.
— Never Going Back! One of the worst experiences I’ve had with any pet care clinic. I took my dogs to Vetic Pet Care Clinic with a prior appointment for a simple grooming session. Despite being on time, we were made to wait for over 40 minutes. To make things worse, they refused to let me use my paid membership, saying it had “expired.” The only reason it expired is because they never had slots available whenever I tried to book earlier! So basically, I paid for services I couldn’t use — not because of me, but because of their own poor management. When I raised it, the staff was completely unhelpful and indifferent. It’s honestly shocking how little they value customer loyalty or transparency. I’ve been taking my dogs there for a long time, but after today, never again. Extremely unprofessional, poorly managed, and disappointing. Avoid at all costs.
This branch is the definition of incompetence. Have been a regular for a while but the staff just keeps getting worse. They don’t know how to communicate with clients. They’ll make you wait indefinitely without communicating the reason. They will promise 2 groomers while accepting your booking and charging you money-then provide one average groomer. Forget about the post grooming vet visit-you’ll be lucky if they even acknowledge you after the grooming has happened and moneys been taken. They used to be priced according to their competence. The competence has evaporated but the price hasn’t.
I am writing this message with extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the grooming service provided for our dog, Rambo. He came back home dirty even after the shower, and his nails were not cut, which is the most basic expectation from a grooming appointment. This is not a small mistake — it reflects careless and unacceptable service. What makes this even worse is that this is not an isolated incident. The last 6–8 visits have been consistently disappointing. We have repeatedly ignored minor issues hoping the service would improve, but it has only gotten worse. We have been associated with you for the past 2.5 years with a paid membership, and during this time, we have spent heavily and trusted your clinic for almost everything related to our dogs. To be very clear: • We have done 16 grooming/shower sessions at ₹1000 each • We have done 28 OPD consultations at ₹400 each (including vaccinations and other services) • We also regularly order food and treats from you Despite this long-term loyalty and repeated business, the results we receive are completely unsatisfactory. At this point, we want to make it clear that we are not continuing out of convenience — we are continuing out of trust, and that trust is now being broken repeatedly. Frankly, we would rather pay ₹3500 at HUFT for grooming and ₹1250 for OPD consultations, because at least those services deliver professional results. Your pricing may be lower, but the quality has now dropped to a level where it is no longer acceptable, even once — and this has happened multiple times. This latest grooming session was the final disappointment. A dog coming back dirty after a paid shower is unacceptable, especially for a customer who has been consistently using your services for years. We expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed immediately. We are requesting appropriate compensation for this poor service — either a refund or a complimentary grooming session done properly. If this is not resolved professionally, we will be forced to discontinue all services with you going forward, including grooming, consultations, vaccinations, and purchases. We would appreciate a prompt response.
On 9th Dec we took our 45 day old puppy (a Husky) and were impressed by the curtseys and conduct of the attending staff and Dr. However when after an examination with a rapid infection test (cost 1600) the vet Dr. declared that all is ok. We were impressed with our 1st visit and paid nearly 10,000 that included a year of all vaccinations However we were not fully convinced with the professional acumen of the very young and inexperienced Dr & next day sought another opinion from a Sr Vet Dr. Where after requisite blood tests pet was found to be having infection that required appropriate treatment of over a week We decided not to go back to Vetiq and despite numerous requests for refund of the annual vaccination package they have not responded Have been in touch with their galleria branch supervisor- Abhishek and their area manager - Vaibhav who does not take my calls They are a sham and prospect clients are advised to not be taken in with their sweet talk and impressive set up / interiors Be aware !!
