Great Stay of my dog for 9 days with lovely care from morning till midnight . everyone have a good supportive and lovely taking care of my dog. Even very calmly they take care of My small shitzshu bread. I suggest everyone has to stay a dog here. As comparison to other that ultimutt staff is very good and in service as well. Our dogs came down all the way from the fields of Himachal, with a lot of dirt on their skin and hair, they came out as it seemed in a new packaging 😄 Team - the team was extremely sweet, patient and kind to our dogs. One of our dogs threw a lot of tantrum but she was handled with utmost patience and no frown at all Location & Parking - easily accessible away from the galleria market clutter. We got an inside parking and a free parking lot is also there next to the space. Pricing - extremely economical considering the amount of time and effort spent Space - very very neat, clean and bright with colours. Small dogs get special mini cute bathtubs. Thank you so much guys.
We had a truly wonderful experience here. The care, attention, and love shown to Scooby went far beyond what we expected. What really stood out was how emotionally connected the staff were with him, it wasn’t just a service, it felt like a second home. Scooby was genuinely sad while leaving, which says everything about how comfortable and happy he was during his stay. The team treated him like family, and that kind of care is rare to find. We also noticed that Scooby made a lovely friend during his time here, which made the experience even more special. Overall, the service, warmth, and genuine compassion of the staff deserve high appreciation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place where their pet will be truly cared for, not just looked after.
