Its a very good pet store and grooming center. I love their work. They dont just treat you like a customer they make a good relation with the dog and the owner. My dog loves to go to this place.

Fraudulent Shop. Delivered a stray puppy instead of a pure breed. I am a first-time pet parent and did the mistake of trusting Paw pets for adopting my first puppy. I purchased a male Labrador puppy (or atleast that's what I thought) from the owner Anusha and Neetanshu. I was told that the puppy was pure breed, medium bone. Post a month, when I visited vet for pet vaccination, I was told that it's not a labrador, probably a mixed breed or a stray. I confirmed this with other vets as well and voila, the verdict was same. Innocent first time pet parents out their, please be ware and cautious while adopting puppy from such fraudsters. Better to take someone experienced with yourself who can identify and confirm the breed before handover.

They are frauds. I will post this, and then to maintain their ratings,they will post 5 star ratings from 5 other accounts. But they gave us stray dog, being first time pet parents, we were not able to differentiate as the 35-40 days puppy looked exactly like labrador puppy. Now vets have told us and we can also see our growing pet is not at all a labrador. No matter how many fraud ratings they will keep doing here, i will also keep posting. If i would have the time, i would have filed a case against these people ( Neetanshu). But for now i will also keep posting about them here.

Love this store! The owners are so friendly, and they have almost all the pet products ( food , accesories , toys etc etc ) Plus point - the deliver at your door step. Best place for all your pet needs, cooperative staff and delivery is always on time. Keep up the good work👍😍
