Groomers here treat the dogs cruelly! After grooming my Shih tzu had a lot of cuts , but when spoke to the owner she encourages their staff by saying your dog isn’t trained etc! The owner only focus on upselling products and services .

It’s a great place for pet products. The staff is very well experienced. They are hygienic and professional. Excellent service in haircut, bath etc. for dogs.

I took my 3 months old shihtzu puppy here for his first hair cut and bath, they treated this little one just like a baby and not forgetting to mention Ashish who attended my pup and gave him nice hair cut and bath, butter scotch looked handsome after grooming. I recently took my dog for grooming and was very disappointed with the experience. The staff did not seem pet-friendly at all. Based on what I observed, I strongly advise fellow pet parents not to leave their pets unattended at this center. The way the pets were handled during grooming was alarming—many looked visibly distressed and terrified. This is not the kind of environment that prioritizes the well-being or comfort of animals. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their approach to handling pets with care and compassion.

They are horrible please don’t take your pets to them. the cutter has cut my Oreo’s lower eyelid at the time of grooming. We had to get stitches done for his injuries.
