I had an incredibly distressing experience at this hospital that has left me deeply disappointed and disheartened. My cat broke her hind leg, and I rushed her to this hospital, trusting them with her care. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of mishandled treatments, lack of communication, and contradictory advice that has now left my cat permanently disabled. Initially, the hospital plastered my cat’s leg. However, the plaster covered her anus, causing her immense discomfort as she couldn’t relieve herself. Within two days, we had to return to get the plaster changed. Even then, the second plaster wasn’t applied stiffly enough, leading to her leg healing in a twisted position. When I raised this issue with them, they suggested it was somehow our fault for not taking adequate precautions, even though we followed every instruction they gave. We scheduled a meeting to discuss this further, and during that conversation, a different doctor from the same hospital told us that surgery was necessary to fix her leg. When I asked why this wasn’t the course of action initially, he admitted that different doctors have "different theories" and approaches. Some recommend plastering, while others recommend surgery. I was completely shocked by this statement. If the doctors themselves are uncertain about the right treatment plan, how can pet owners like me trust them with such critical decisions? When I pointed out that their indecisiveness and lack of proper communication had led to my cat’s condition worsening, they didn’t take responsibility. I asked if they would offer a discount on the surgery, given that their improper treatment had caused this problem. They outright refused, saying they could only give a discount on post-operative care, not the surgery itself. This response felt like a slap in the face after all we’d been through. Their lack of coordination, contradictory advice, and failure to inform us properly about the seriousness of the injury have caused my cat irreparable harm. They plastered her leg when surgery was apparently the correct solution from the beginning. If I had been informed of all the options upfront, I would have chosen the surgery immediately. Instead, their negligence and lack of a unified approach have left my cat permanently disabled. To anyone considering this hospital for their pet’s care: beware. They are disorganized, their doctors don’t communicate or agree on treatment plans, and they refuse to take accountability for their mistakes. If you value your pet’s health, I urge you to look elsewhere. I have not only lost a significant amount of money here but also my trust in their ability to provide proper care. Most heartbreakingly, my cat has lost the use of her leg because of their failures. Save yourself the heartbreak and take your pet to a facility where you can trust the staff to communicate clearly, act professionally, and prioritize your pet’s well-being over vague "theories" and inconsistent advice.

What a horrible experience with this place. U went at 2pm to an isolated clinic with both doctors and both receptionists out for an hours lunch. On top of it, both doctors were junior doctors with 2 and 4 years of experience respectively. Worst - the GROOMER was in the surgical ward taking care of dogs in SURGERY

I can’t be more thankful to the entire team of CP vet. They are the most diligent and experienced set of Vets and facility I have experienced. I walked in at 4am with my Shih Tzu of 3 years who had ingested some chemical from pest control done in the house. The swiftness with which they managed her case was exemplary. They patiently answered all our queries and handled my furry child with the utmost love and care. Dr Ashok and Dr Abhishek are the most wonderful doctors who managed Sasha’s case with complete adeptness. Thank you so much for making my pet better. Very grateful to you and your team at CP vet.

Treat older dogs with negligence …. Proper review , tests and treatment is not looked into - extra medicine and steroids / medicines are given to increase their billing !!! And that also to old customers ! Extremely disappointing !

Lost our kid(pet) today right on the table in the presence of the so called Vet Doc. And if you want to loose your kid (pet) forever then you visit this clinic. Doctor on duty is usually totally callous, busy on their phones, and have no time to attend to the emergency situations. Very very disappointed ☹️
