It is a good platform for dog boarding. With open ground and other facilities, my dog champ was very happy playing with other dogs their and he enjoyed a lot .
Very bad service. Dogs can't socialise. Are kept in cages in unhygeinic environment. My dog has a weird smell since coming from there. I dont trust the caretakers that they probably don't hit or shout at the dogs. Very unprofessional and untrained staff
Wish I could give zero stars to this place. we made the mistake of trusting these people with our dog. The "caretakers" are unprofessional, my dog also was kept caged for long hours and wasn't allowed to socialize with other dogs at all. (My dog basically was only taken out twice for walks twice a day and the rest of the day he remained caged- for 7 WHOLE DAYS!!!) When we tried to contact these people at the time of pick up of our dog from the hostel, the response from them was very unprofessional and laid back. When we reached, the caretakers were drunk and I could sense from my dog's behavior that he wasn't happy there. Not to mention, we had to wait for around 15 minutes at the gate for them to open it for us. It's a shame that these people are running this business that requires kindness and proper training. Do not let your pets go through this!!!!!! Please!!
I regularly leave my dog, Toro, at the Happy Pet Resort in Mahadev Farm whenever I travel out of town. I’ve used their boarding services from 1 to 5 days, and each time, the experience has been excellent. The service, staff, and overall care provided here are truly outstanding. My dog enjoys staying here and always feels comfortable and happy. I would highly recommend this place to all pet owners and pet parents — you can leave your beloved companion here without any worries or hesitation.
The dog brought back home in this condition. The dog boarding is run by unprofessional people who have given either anaesthesia or strong sedative for complete shaving of the dog which we never asked for. Praying for the dog’s quick recovery and praying that the business of torturing animals is known to all.
