Animalia is a small, neat and clean clinic only catering to medical problems of animals. I have not seen any grooming going on there. The doctors are dedicated and the paravets are very empathetic. All machinery for diagnostic procedures are available.
The only place I trust with my whole heart & mind! Dr. Vaibhav Bishnoi is not only an amazing vet, but a very humble & good human being as well. Kudos to the entire team & doctors at Animalia.
I had an amazing experience at Animalia 24X7. The clinic was so clean and organized, which was a huge relief. The doctors were fantastic—they were super helpful and caring, and you could tell they really love what they do. The consultation was thorough, and they were great at explaining everything simply. Best of all, the charges were completely fair for the quality of care we received. I'm so happy I found this place. Highly recommend it!
Took my puppy for his first vaccination here, and the experience was fantastic. The doctors were so patient and gentle, and the whole clinic has such a calming vibe. No scary smells or loud noises. I was worried it would be a stressful visit, but my pup was actually pretty relaxed. The doctors explained everything so well. This is our new go-to place for sure
Had a very bad exp. got the echo done for the cat but the report was not send to me despite multiple follow ups even after 24 hrs. When i inquired more on phone that every time it is promised it will be send in few mins, the person on the phone starting shouting and hurling abuses and told that we have already explained to ur doctor, why do u need report. I was so stunned that despite paying echo money, these guys are abusing, shouting and not giving the report. Pathetic experience with this centre with no customer centricity and poor civic conduct. Pl avoid this centre, better to go to cgs. Here abusive staff on phone is present. Extremely arrogant. If u love ur pet, avoid this place.
