Very untrained staff. They don’t even know how to properly handle a cat. My cat was poked multiple times just to give a single injection. The doctor did not do a thorough examination and started giving injections without proper diagnosis or tests. They put my cat on a course of injections without any diagnosis, charged more than usual, and my cat’s condition did not improve even after completing the course. I strongly do not recommend them.
Dr Joshan has been the doctor of all my furry boys and he is an excellent doctor. I can call him at any hour and he’s always available. His staff is also very very nice n friendly. Thanks🙏
My dog was very unwell, and I was extremely worried. The doctor and staff at metro pet hospital treated him with so much kindness and care. They explained the condition, treatment, and medicines properly and were very patient with all my questions. My dog is recovering well now. Truly grateful to Dr Ayushi Mam and Dr Satbir Sir. Thank you for taking such good care of him. Highly recommended for any pet parent.
Dr.Josan is the kindest, most generous and most capable Veterinary Doctor. We have known him for the last 30 years and his compassion and care for all animals- pets and stray - has grown manifold. First clinical visit almost two decades ago and ever since our go to man - place for well being of our pets. A thorough passionate - professional and a gentleman to the core ably assisted by budding doctors and a bunch of happy helpful staff. Our pets enjoyed pink health through out their healthy long life span by way of accurate diagnosis prognosis and effective line of treatment every time there was an issue (however big or small).
