“Whenever I call MaxPetz Palam Vihar, the doctor is never available. I have visited the clinic four times, but I have never met the doctor there. No matter when I call, the doctor is always unavailable. its not first review... the management of maxpetz has to think about it... EOK branch is well advanced and sector-55 too. Name of doctor is Kanwarbir I think Iam not sure.
If your dog gets nervous at the vet, Maxpetz is the place to go. My dog is usually very anxious, but the vet and technicians were so patient and calm. They used treats and a gentle approach to make him feel safe. It was the least stressful vet visit we've ever had. Thank you for your compassion!
Visited here at my doctor’s recommendation for my pet’s surgery as the Golf Course branch was closed. The staff were very nice, caring and polite. The person at the front desk too was very kind - provided us with updates of the operation, offered us tea while we waited and gave us good advice on general care of the pet. The clinic is clean and equipped and has grooming and boarding facilities as well. Highly recommended!
Our experience at MaxPetZ was very successful. Despite having failed attempts of microchipping in other hospitals because of my cat’s aggressive temper, their skills were very adapted and perfect to handling such cats. I am full of praise for Dr. Kanwar and Nitesh for saving my puppy’s life. When we came to them, my dog was diagnosed with parvo, was very lethargic, passing blood in vomit and stool, and had lost a lot of weight. We had almost no hope of saving him, but Dr. Kanwar and Nitesh remained super positive and confident throughout the treatment. They treated my pet wholeheartedly, monitored every minute detail, and kept a close eye on his progress every day. Today, my puppy, Jaadoo, is fully recovered, active, and healthy again. We named him Jaadoo because his recovery truly felt like a miracle. Full praise and the highest recommendation to them for anyone seeking the best veterinary care
