A big thank you to the entire Fur Life Pet Care team for taking such good care of my pet Cookie. When he was unwell, we were really worried, but their expert treatment and kind approach made all the difference. Thanks to them, Cookie is back to her happy, playful self. We’re truly grateful for the love and care they showed. Highly recommended for every pet parent! Specially thanks to Dr. Jatin 🥰

I don’t know how do they have a 4.9 rating, perhaps because they offer at-home services. In actuality though, I think they are absolutely careless when it comes to your furry babies. Some junior doctor, Vivek will lead the charge making it seem like he knows it all whereas he is an irritant of the highest order who does nothing but say ‘aaj doctor saab nahi hain.’ Also brings me to the doctor, Jatin - who did wrong stitches on our little one, did not bother to follow through even once, was not at his own clinic every time we visited (and we were there every alternate day after the surgery). Phewww, a nightmare of sorts. We eventually got our baby to another vet clinic where they opened her incorrect stitches and redid them. The healing was a lot faster and the vet was with us at every step. Fur Life Pet Clinic is a sham, all they are interested is in your money. Pet care and health doesn’t even make it to the 10th spot on their list of priorities.

Please do not take your pets to Dr. Jatin. They messed up my dog's pre op care and post op care. She had an open wound for days!! We trusted them. They kept blaming us again and again as if we are not doing things right. We are not taking care of her. Instead of telling us that they cannot handle it, they kept making us spend our money unnecessarily. It was so upsetting. Dr Jatin was absent. He was not available at all to address our concerns, or our dog. It was all left with Vivek who I'm not sure is even a qualified vet or not. But it was horrible. Thank god someone suggested us to take a second opinion. This second opinion helped us know the damage that was happening to our dog. It took her over a month to fully recover. If you genuinely care for your animal, do not take them here. Dr Jatin doesn't really care for your dog. They played with our money and our trust. Its disappointing.

I always have a pleasant experience with this Pet Care. Dr Jatin is genuinely nice vet, recommends things depending on type of your pet, my pet really enjoyed the visit when seeing Dr Jatin. Must recommend for new pet owners. Thumbs up..👍🏻

Please be extremely cautious before trusting this place with your fur babies. I am sharing my personal experience so no one else has to go through the pain I did. I had admitted my rescued stray dog here on 6th November 2025 for three days, after she was attacked by other dogs in our lane. I paid the full advance. The very next morning, I received a call saying that my dog had escaped from their clinic. When I asked how, they had no explanation. When I reached the place, I saw multiple red flags — broken walls, damaged boundaries, and an overall unsafe environment. They simply said, “She escaped,” and after that, nobody bothered to call or follow up about her. We continuously requested CCTV footage, but the owner was “busy” and kept avoiding calls. Later, we discovered that two of their cameras weren’t even working. The only footage we got showed my dog wandering inside the premises at 2 AM, clearly frightened and trying to escape, while no staff was present. They themselves admitted that they sleep at 12 and wake up at 5 AM, so anything that happened in between was unknown to them. We searched for her day and night for 7 days. What hurt the most was the owner Mayank’s behaviour — no apology, no concern, completely cold and arrogant. At one point he even said, “Main kya sab chhod ke wahan aa jaaun?” and claimed, “I’m a lawyer, do whatever you want.” This is not the attitude of someone who says he is "passionate about dogs." I understand accidents happen anywhere, but the negligence, lack of accountability, and insensitive attitude I faced here were unacceptable. My sincere request: do not fall for big claims. Please do NOT trust Furr Life with your pet.
