Lovely place for toys beds mats and spa. Really appreciated that they have given me a complimentary spa for my fur baby birthday and it was worth coming aa i will be now regular to them. This is the best place in Gurgaon for dog grooming, spa, and accessories. The staff is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about pets. The grooming and spa services are excellent — everytime they handle my dog gently and always came out looking fresh and happy. They also have a great range of accessories, food, and pet essentials, all of good quality. Clean place, well-trained groomers, and a very positive experience overall. Highly recommended for every pet parent! 🐶🐾

I have been visiting this store for over 2 years and every visit has been a good experience. I am a Dog Mom of 4 babies and I am very particular about the walking gear I use. This store carries brands like Ruff Wear and Trixie which are known to make good dog walking gear. After trying various types of harnesses, I finally found the Ruff Wear Flagline Harness to be the perfect fit for my two highly reactive and energetic dogs, which I purchased here. For my fourth, a paraplegic puppy, I have been shopping here for her gear and accessories like shoes, walking aids, wipes and diapers etc. The store being spacious provides enough room for my babies to walk around and also maintain distance from other clients. I have brought my babies in several times for trying on jackets/raincoats and other gear. The staff has always been so cooperative and helpful. There have been multiple times when they have ordered items specially for me. My kids also use the spa services with home pick up and drop... I have had no complaints ever and no worries that there may be an incident with groomers. I highly recommend this store as a one stop shop for fur babies... They have a wide range of products and are so helpful 💜🐾😊
