I recently boarded my female dog at Ultimutt, Gurgaon for four days. Since it was my very first time leaving her at a boarding facility, I was quite anxious. The team was very reassuring — they even created a separate group just for my dog where they regularly shared updates. This really helped me feel more comfortable. The boarding setup includes spacious rooms with individual compartments for each dog. Each cabin had a bed, food and water bowls, and the temperature was well-maintained with ACs and coolers. The staff, including the manager, also tried walking and playing with my dog to assess her temperament, which I really appreciated. Their pickup and drop-off service was also very smooth, and they even followed up a couple of days later to check on her well-being — a thoughtful gesture. That said, I do feel there are a few areas where improvements can be made: The large playground did not have much grass, which would have been nicer for the dogs. The dog room was very dark (maybe because of nap time), with windows covered by black film, so there was no natural light. Even though lights/AC were there, I feel some natural light is important to reduce anxiety for dogs. We were not allowed inside the dog room — I was only shown the area through a window. While I did receive multiple videos daily during playtime & one video while she was eating, I would have also liked updates of my dog while she was resting, or just relaxing, to better understand how she was adjusting outside playtime. On the medical side, while they were very careful about vaccinations and anti-tick medications (which is good), I felt they were a bit insistent on using only their suggested tick medication, even though I had already given my dog the vet-recommended one. It would be nice if they could be a little more accommodating when pet parents are already following proper medical care. Overall, my experience was good, and I truly appreciate the efforts of the staff in making my dog feel safe and cared for. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a good boarding in Gurgaon. With a few improvements — especially around lighting, natural grass, and flexibility in updates/medical approaches — Ultimutt could be an even more wonderful place for dogs and their parents.

Our kids were with Ultimutt for 4 days and i believe that they had a great time there. The staff went beyond to make them feel safe and comfortable. Thank you team Ultimutt for accommodating in the last minute and keeping our kids safe.

Very nice experience. Got all care and love for my pet, Noddy. Good schedule and routine of activity as well as meal. Also , having pick and drop service. Sharing videos and pics regularly. Overall , very good efforts by Ultimutt staff persons I would like to have this service in future also, whenever required

I am so glad that I discovered Ultimut. Had to look for a day boarding for my baby and can’t express how stress free we are now after we found Ultimut . My baby loves spending the day there. He’s well taken care of, loved, pampered. He’s picked up from home and dropped back in a school bus 🐾 🐾 🚌. My friends and family are so amused watching his videos which are sent across from time to time. He has a disciplined schedule at the centre. All I can say is god bless the people out there who take care of my baby when we are at work.
