I boarded my dog Whitey here for 4 days and had a really good experience. The new staff was very professional, caring, and made sure she was comfortable, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. The rooms were clean, safe, and truly pet-friendly, making it a perfect place for Whitey. Everything was well managed, and I could see how genuinely the staff cared for the pets.
