Took my baby kitten (5mons old) and enquired about spaying! They recommended the surgery and said everything will be fine. She was admitted and I was asked to take her back home the next day! But I received call next day in the morning and they asked me to wait until evening since they needed to keep her under observation. Received call in the evening and the care taker informed me that she’s under serious condition and they just wanted to inform me. When I insisted that I want to visit her, they asked me to come. But the moment I reached the hospital they told me my kitten passed away 5 mins ago. When I looked at her body I was able to tell she didn’t die 5mins ago, they lied, kept her body near a heater so her body doesn’t turn cold. The guy sitting next to her started petting her when he saw me entering the room. I was devastated! When I brought her home I noticed her stitches were open and she was just covered in blood! They just made up some excuses that they did some tests and there were other issues. But just one day before the surgery they shared her tests results and informed me that she can get spayed and everything is normal. I didn’t complain or file any case. I am going through my loss which they cannot understand. So please consult some other hospital or vets before taking your pets to this clinic. I even find the reviews are fake for this clinic. When I consulted other vets they informed me that there is only 1% risk for this surgery. God knows what they did to her. I lost my baby girl (my kitten) but I hope no one else has to go through the same pain which I did!
