Had been buying my dog supplies from here for 7 years but today the store guys attitude was pathetic upto the guy on the reception doesn’t say anything to him. Have learnt it to never go here instead buy online or get from the pet shop near Dr Wadwa or sec 17

Today had the worst experience with the staff they don’t have the sense of responsibility nor they know how to communicate with a customer their attitude is on another level very disappointed I hope that someone tells them the correct way of dealing with people
We bought this cute and very innocent labrador from this shop and they explained each and everything about the puppy really well be it his diet, vaccination and how to take care of him in a best possible way. The shop also offers all the required accessories for the puppy and dog food as well.. Need a pet visit the pet pash !!!
