One Star – Traumatized My Dog, Ignored Clear Instructions If I could give zero stars, I would. I took my Shih Tzu to this grooming store expecting professional care—what I got was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they disregard explicit instructions not to clip his groin area to zero (which I clearly emphasized due to prior skin sensitivity), they went ahead and did exactly that. Post-groom, my dog is unrecognizable—not just in appearance (they sheared him down like a farm animal), but in spirit. He has become withdrawn, anxious, and visibly distressed. He refuses to eat, play, or even leave his room. My once cheerful companion now cowers at the slightest movement. This is not just a bad haircut—this is a serious behavioral trauma induced by negligence. The grooming staff not only lacked empathy, but also failed at the most basic aspect of customer service: listening. If you care about your pet’s mental and physical well-being, avoid this place at all costs. I brought in a dog for grooming, and they returned a shadow of him. Utterly unacceptable.

I took my 4-year-old Golden Retriever to Vetec Pet Care on Sunday for a bath after seeing their 50% off offer. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst experiences for my pet. I couldn’t stay during the bath, but my brother was present the entire time. The staff claimed that my dog was not allowing them to touch his feet, which was shocking because my dog is extremely friendly and has never behaved like that before. After bringing him home, we discovered a deep cut on his paw. The injury is extremely painful—he’s been running around in distress, cannot bear weight properly, and doesn’t even allow us to touch the area. This cut is so deep that he has been suffering for the last three days. On top of that, every time we visit, we specifically request them to be gentle with his ears, yet once again, his ears seem to have been mishandled. He is now constantly shaking his head every few minutes, clearly indicating discomfort or pain. I genuinely don’t understand how a pet care service can be so careless, especially during something as basic as bathing and trimming. Injuring a dog’s paw this badly during grooming is unacceptable. If I could, I would give zero stars. I strongly recommend never taking your pet here. Sadly, all the negative reviews I had heard about Vetic Pet Care have turned out to be true. I will never use their services again.

I would like to raise a formal complaint against Vetic Pet Clinic, Sector 57 Gurgaon. On 5th October 2025, I visited your clinic for my cat’s grooming, hair cutting, and free vaccination. Due to internal issues, your staff could not complete the hair cutting and vaccination. Despite this, full payment was taken, and your reception staff assured me that the pending bath service would be provided free of charge on my next visit. When I revisited the clinic on 27th December 2025, your staff refused to provide the promised services and demanded payment again. This is a clear case of false commitment and poor customer handling. I request: Either refund of the amount already paid, or Fulfillment of the services promised earlier, without additional charges. Please treat this matter seriously and respond at the earliest.

This was my second time at vetic my first experience was decent but the second one was pathetic and horrible. I told them strictly to not cut this much hair as its winter time my dog had knots all over i told them to cut the knots but not to cut this much hair and they went and did exactly that and also while cutting her nails they cut a little too deep on one of the nail and blood came out like what the hell? Couldn’t have been gentle with my baby. Very very very poor and pathetic service i hated it i even today itself bought the supreme package which included 5 full grooming sessions i am so glad i hadnt paid the whole amount in advance but im so disappointed that i paid the full amount for this one . We talked to the manager and everything even they were so unhelpful and very rude poor staff members hated it we asked for a refund and they declined. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NEVER VISIT VETIC THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!
