Ma’am was always responsive on WhatsApp and guided us very patiently at all times. She explained everything clearly, answered all our doubts, and kept checking on Princi’s condition, which was very reassuring during a stressful time. She examined Princi properly over video call and advised the right medicines, diet, and care. her assistant also did home visit, checked Princi thoroughly, and gave the necessary injection very calmly and professionally.
