Do not choose this place for your furry babies - I had a deeply concerning experience boarding my 3-month-old kitten at this facility. We were assured of a private room, but upon return, the kitten’s condition indicated otherwise. The kitten’s condition upon return indicated prolonged exposure to unsanitary conditions, resulting in severe skin irritation and a strong, persistent odor. The veterinarian's diagnosis of severe dehydration, high fever, and infection speaks to the seriousness of the conditions my kitten endured. The vet stated that the injuries where consistent with being kept in a cage. The kitten’s behavior and physical condition suggested a lack of proper supervision. The unexpected and substantial veterinary expenses, exceeding 11k were a direct result of the condition my kitten was in upon return. The contrast between the promised care and the reality was stark. The kitten's distress was palpable. The owner did not acknowledge responsibility and offered no apology. I strongly advise pet owners to proceed with extreme caution

I had to look for a new and reliable boarding option as my usual pet boarding was full, and trusting someone new with my dog and cat was not easy. I decided to try Pet Resort, and I’m so glad I did. My pets were extremely happy, comfortable, and very well cared for during their 4-day stay. My dog was even groomed beautifully with a bath, nail cutting, and trimming. At pickup, both my pets were ready, calm, and all their belongings were cleaned, organized, and kept neatly. The team is friendly, coordinated, and genuinely caring. It clearly shows they work very well together. I felt completely at ease and will definitely be boarding my pets here again. Highly recommended! 🐾

Pet Resorts is the best resort for boarding and stay option we have found for our Golden Retriever, who is our loving family member. We have availed their services for couple of times now and I must say that theirs is the best place for your loving pets to make them feel comfortable while you really need to be away for hours or days. The staff there is very friendly and food and services are of very good quality. The best thing about them is that they always keep the pets open and free to roam around at their place, thus providing a homely and comfortable environment. They share their photos and videos timely to keep you updated on their activities so that you can be assured that they are very well taken care of while you are not near them. I recommend to try them out if you are looking for a comfortable, loving and caring environment for your loving pets while you are away.
