I had a kitten 1and half month old who was suffering from loose motions from last 10 days and vomit during this time i been visiting them again and again as him health wasn’t improving every time they give some other syrup and justmaking more money and everytime its just a guess from the doctor for him treatment, hours before he passed away i visited this clinic and the doctor couldn’t figure the severity of his health. Its not the money i lost pains me but my child whom i lost because of them. I would not recommend any pet parent who loves their pet to go here and play with the life of a being who cannot tell their pain.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience at this veterinary hospital. My senior Labrador was taken here for an X-ray and diagnosis, but the report provided was completely incorrect. Due to this wrong X-ray interpretation, my dog received the wrong medication and treatment, which could have had serious consequences for his health. As a pet parent, I trust vets with my pet’s life, and such negligence is unacceptable. Accurate diagnosis is the foundation of proper treatment, especially for senior dogs. This incident has shaken my confidence in their diagnostic standards. I hope the hospital reviews its internal processes to ensure that X-ray reports and diagnoses are verified by experienced professionals before prescribing medication. Pet owners deserve transparency and accuracy when it comes to healthcare for their beloved animals.
