I recently visited this outlet and i must say, it was an absolute delight. As a dog parent, it’s a pleasure to find a store where people treat your baby doggu like their own family. They had a crazy range of treats and dog food. They actually understood what my dog likes and doesn't like, and gave me some awesome recommendations. The whole vibe of the store was really welcoming and the staff were so helpful.

Good collection of items but the cat trees and toys are at least 3-4 times higher than what's available online. We picked a basic cat tree and they were charging 14K. We got the same for 3.8K from Amazon. A simple collar us charged at 599. I am disappointed. Only because we are pet parents, doesnt mean overcharging us...to this extent! Not recommended.

I have been a loyal customer of Heads Up For Tails for a very long time and have purchased most of my pet’s essentials from this brand because I trusted the quality and service. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Heads Up For Tails Gulf Coast Road store was extremely disappointing. I purchased two sweaters for my pet, and after just one or two uses, both sweaters were completely ruined due to excessive lint shedding. When I brought this issue to the attention of the store staff, their response was shockingly casual. Instead of addressing the concern seriously or offering any solution, the staff and even the manager simply said that nothing could be done. What bothered me the most was the rude and dismissive attitude. The behavior of the staff was neither polite nor professional, especially when dealing with a genuine product-quality issue raised by a long-time customer. There was no empathy, accountability, or willingness to help. This experience has seriously affected my trust in the brand. I expect much better customer service and product responsibility from a brand of this reputation. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training and customer handling at this location.

Have been coming here for my two dogs for several years now, and the experience has always been fantastic. Sara’s range of treats is amazing, the grooming services are excellent (we’ve opted for their long-term grooming and spa package), and they carry a great collection of toys and pet food. All in all, highly recommended!
