O-PAW PET CARE CENTER

i have been visiting this clinic for my cats recently. Heard about them from a friend. had only good experiences to share. the doctors were very interactive and really did take care of my pets well. i am really satisfied with the service here. I asked for the personal number of Dr.Chinju and she was very kind enough to clarify my concerns and doubts about the medications and further treatments. indeed a place i have trust on. usually i do not like those pet clinics in and around EDAPALLY. This place had been a saviour for me. no unnecessary medications unlike other clinics. this is from my personal experience.

I was happy to spot a pet clinic near my place and went there to get medicine for ticks for my dog. It seems like a good place as many pet care products and medicines are available. But it was really annoying that there was no one at the front desk. There were many of us waiting in the front, but no one bothered to enquire about the matter. Noticed three staff there, but all three of them were inside attending (talking to) the same person. I understand that maybe they would have been treating a serious case or some other matter, but it would be great if there's a person at the front desk (someone solely for managing and alloting appointments) so that the visitors are not left wondering what to do or who to approach. Looking forward to visit the place again soon. 😊

My labrador was taken to this hospital for treatment. He was very weak and wasn't taking food. After 5 days of treatment the hospital informed me that my dog is having microfilaria and give medicines for 22 days. For 5 days they give iv, i wasn't aware of the disease, no-one explaining to me anything about disease or medicines given, staffs are very unprofessional. Also you dont get a bill after payment if you don't ask. I think a 10 year old kid is handling reception duties. after 2 days my dog became severely weak and wasn't able to stand up. So i took it to another hospital, and they immediately done several blood tests. From that hospital, they showed me results and my dog not only had microfilaria, he had hepatic encephalopathy. Also they mentioned that the worm count was very high and they didn't understood why doctor at o paw didn't give proper medication. Now my dog is gone. If the illness was properly diagnosed at the beginning nothing would have happened. So to people who read this review, kindly refrain from taking your pet to this hospital. Take it to somewhere else where staff is professional and has proper facility. Attaching treatment report here.

My cat went through a c-section on 29 july 2025, and afterward. She developed complications-swelling redness, infection. On 2 August again I went. An assistant lady doctor checked and changed the medicine list. But during that time the infection worsened,leading to severe damage to her breast area and now removed. Actually I feel the treatment was not proper, the wound was not dressed and the communication from the clinic was poor. So, to people who read this review, kindly dont taking your pets to this hospital.worst experience...👎

Living in Desom Kunnumpuram side with a pet cat my biggest concern was there are no good veterinarian hospitals nearby. This place came as a blessing. It's also close by. My pet kitten wasn't vaccinated and got diagnosed with FPV(Feline panleukopenia), and I'm aware of how dangerous this virus is. Timely treatment and care from their end gave a second chance to my pet Yoru. All the three doctors whom I met there are helpful. Unlike my experience in Bangalore where the veterinarians/hospitals there are all about money and foreign breeds(they don't care about Indies), these doctors at O-Paw saw my Indie pet Yoru as a living being. Pricing is reasonable. Affordable, again unlike my experience in Bangalore(which was super expensive there). Now my Yoru has been vaccinated and neutered recently and he's in good health(touchwood). My experience here has been really good. Thanks to them for giving the best treatment to Yoru. Yoru sends his regards.
