Deeply saddened by the loss of your beloved cat after treatment at Quilon Pet Clinic. Losing your pet is very painful. She was a perfectly healthy, active, and playful 2.3-year-old indoor pet before the visit — but within days of being treated there, she fell critically ill and passed away. They reuse drip sets and leftover fluids between animals. So I strongly feel that the unhygienic conditions may have contributed to this tragic outcome. Even basic things like oxygen support and clear treatment plans had to be specifically requested. The Clinic is accountable for the loss, this loss was avoidable. You have put the pet owners in deep grief. The management should take this very seriously and ensure that this doesn't happen to anyone.

Too classic in their service, especially Dr Shafi ❤️,the diagnosis, treatments & what not. My Kunju slowly recovering from his tick fever, his antibiotics got over, review check up after 5 days from now. Staff’s were incredible. Their support to carry him from the car & do the rest of things, ohh no words 🤗.

I am deeply disappointed and heartbroken by my experience at this hospital. I took my injured pet bird for treatment, hoping for gentle care and proper medical attention. Instead, the staff handled my bird roughly and performed inspections without allowing us to be present. When they brought the bird back after the first inspection, its body was full of water, which was alarming and unexplained. They then took the bird again for an X-ray and another round of inspection. After a short while, they came out and told us the bird had died. There was no clear explanation, no compassion, and no sense of responsibility for what happened. This experience left me devastated, and I feel that the lack of care and transparency contributed to the loss of my pet. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone who expects proper treatment, respect, or empathy for their animals.

I’ve been a regular at Quilon Pet Clinic for years, with many pets at home, and I’ve always appreciated the care provided by Dr. Anjali—she’s pleasant, kind, and genuinely good with animals. My experience with Dr Anjali at quilon pet clinic was good. She is very approachable and patiently explained to me what went wrong with my cat . She asked for a blood test which was necessary. She didn’t make me wait . My cat is better today . Thanks to her guidance .

I appreciate 24 *7 hour service. Thanks for showing the mind to consult my Gabriel at late night. I wish to share few genuine feedback if provides me the email id. Not for criticism,but I feel such feedbacks may improve and grow the hospital.
