i had the worst experience at Zotails i sent my dog for grooming and called them an hour later regarding picking him up but they didn't answer my calls and kept delaying finally i went to collect my dog,even though my calls were not being answered just to see that my dog's ear was bleeding due to the unprofessionalism of the workers. i asked them to show me the camera recording but they refused to show the recordings and the footage was hampered i recommended you all to not to send your fur babies here and expect some action to be taken upon this
