Booked for doing our Lohri event for 50 people. Very poor service. Staff is highly unprofessional only focusing on getting the payment and they don't know how to provide a great experience.

We attended a function few days back in Sapphire hall, the gathering was only for 50 people.The food and service was pathetic. The team was standing idle and not attending the guests. The manager who was taking care of the things had no answers. Please book your event carefully and mindfully with them. Won't recommend this to anyone for even a small get together.

Your team has gone above and beyond to ensure his comfort, and we truly appreciate it. From the very first day, my father has felt completely at home. We are especially grateful for the thoughtful gestures that make such a meaningful difference in his daily experience. The special meals prepared by your master chef, tailored to his dietary requirements and free from spice due to his ongoing hospital treatment, have brought him immense comfort. He genuinely feels treated like part of your family. Similarly, the housekeeping manager’s attentiveness in keeping his room immaculate, and the receptionists’ courteous and welcoming demeanor, have all been outstanding. Even though I explored other hotel apartments where he could cook for himself, as well as numerous nearby restaurants, my father has expressed that he does not wish to leave WesternBlu. He deeply values the warmth, respect, and professionalism shown to him by your team. Having stayed at many hotels across Delhi, he feels that WesternBlu’s service exceeds expectations for a three-star hotel. Having lived abroad for many years and traveled extensively, he believes your hotel is easily comparable to a four-star experience. We are truly grateful to the management and staff for being consistently proactive, considerate, and dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction.
