It took me 8 months to write this review because I wanted to see how well my puppy grows before sharing my experience. I must say — the quality of the Rottweiler from DAV Pet Lovers is top-notch! They truly delivered what they promised in terms of breed quality. My puppy is now 8 months old and excellent in all aspects — health, temperament, and looks. However, the only thing I didn’t like was their customer service after purchase. During the booking, they were very responsive and talkative, promising to provide all papers. But after I brought the puppy home, when I followed up about the papers, they became quite rude. Even after several months, I still haven’t received them. That’s the only reason I’m cutting one star. Overall, I still recommend DAV Pet Lovers for their top-quality dogs, and I’ll likely buy from them again in the future — just hope their post-sale service improves.

Its been 4 weeks since I bought a golden retreiver puppy from them, I must say that the sale process was good but the after sales support is poor. They mentioned that the puppy is trained (seemed fishy at such an age) with 2 diet timings - 8am and 8 pm and freshens up in 15 mins. They asked us to give him the raw royal canine food. When we did, his schedule was no where close to 15 mins, it was 12 hours. We got slightly worried as if we were doing something wrong. We asked again and were told (contradictory to what we were told initially) to give the food soaked in hot water. Now, as per the doctor, the food is supposed to be given raw and then he should drink water so that the food is processed in side the body. IT IS BOUND TO TAKE 4-6 hours for digestion!! This became evident when the vet had to give him medicines and he puked the food out - as it is. Also, The doctor very clearly asked not to give any egg or paneer at this age (which DAV pet lovers suggested). Dav Pet had included the 1st dose of vaccinations and grooming in the deal. However, after repeatedly calling them, we were told: you didnt remind us yesterday, the vet is not available, you come to dwarka from Gurgaon to get it done etc etc. Basically never ending excuses. The vet also found out mistakes in the vaccination booklet created. The dates were overwritten. All in all, no matter they claim that they want to ensure that the puppy is taken care of, all they care about is the money. Before you call this a fraud review, take a look in the mirror!
