I was travelling for 10 days and was looking for a place to keep my dog. Found this lovely place. A little far away from my place at Kalkaji but the distance was worth it. My experience was 5/5 The care and love my dog got was fantastic. Staff 5/5 They have constant communication with the owner by sharing pictures and videos of your baby twice a day. This was a relief. Recommendation level 5/5

From the moment we walked in, the staff made both me and Healer completely at ease. They are kind, professional, and clearly love what they do. My pup came home happy, tired, and well-cared. The facility is clean, safe, and full of fun enrichment activities. I get regular updates and photos, which is such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend to any pet parent looking for a place that truly treats your dog like family

I think there is something wrong with this place. They don’t allow us to see our dog anytime , staying, feeding time or anytime else , saying the dogs will get disturbed. But that doesn’t feel right to me. I have left my dog in boarding in banglore . They were very transparent . They told me- aapka dog hai, aapko jo dekhna hai dekho , kabhi bhi aao. My dog is usually very active, but whenever she comes back from this place- pooch pet resort- she just sleeps continuously. I have left her in many day boarding places in Bangalore earlier, and she never behaved like this. She used to come home, check the entire house, every corner, and then sit proudly like the owner. But after coming from here, she only slept, which felt very unusual. Last time, my dog also came back hurt. The pet boarder said she hurt herself. We believed it could have happened while playing. But now, after they are not allowing us to even see our dog during feeding, I feel something is not right. Also, I saw another dog there crying in pain, and there was no one attending to him at that time. Earlier, I genuinely thought this pet resort was good and even planned to do a collaboration video just as a goodwill gesture without anything from them . But this time, my dog looked very disturbed and low. We have a big field in my hometown where she plays freely in the soil, and I take care of my dog in a very detailed and attentive way. I know each and everything about her behavior and habits. That’s why I can clearly feel that something doesn’t seem right about this pet care. One more thing that bothered me — why are the dogs kept in dark areas even during the daytime? Overall, my experience has been disappointing and concerning. I don’t feel comfortable leaving my dog here again.

This isn't just a kennel or a simple dog-sitting service; it is a true vacation for them. The entire experience brought me such peace of mind. The staff here are incredibly friendly and genuinely treat every dog like their own child. I was completely reassured when I saw a photo of my little one happily laying on the caretaker’s lap. That picture alone told me everything I needed to know. She wasn't just tolerated; she was loved and pampered. If you ever have to travel without your dog, this is the only place you should consider. They offer not just care, but unconditional affection. Knowing she was not only safe but also truly happy made my time away so much easier. I can't recommend them highly enough!
