Unreliable and Unprofessional Service I booked a trial walk for 3:30 PM, but it was rescheduled multiple times throughout the day—first to 4:30–5:00 PM, then to 6:00 PM, and finally to 7:00 PM, with no clear confirmation even then. For a pet care service, this level of unreliability is unacceptable. Timely walks are essential, and repeated last-minute delays show poor scheduling and lack of professionalism. If a company cannot manage a single trial walk properly, it is difficult to trust them with a regular subscription. Highly disappointed and would not recommend this service.

First thing platform confirmed the booking and no one turned up on time after wasting and waiting like fool. Raised query then he requested for reschedule. This time when groomer came it was told clearly to him, to keep the hair not shorter than 1.5 inch and he agreed for it. He cut it 0 cut and later told some stories that why it couldn’t be done with 1.5 inch. it was not possible then he should have told this to us before we would have taken call accordingly. Highly unprofessional who screwed our entire plan, he was supposed to go for a function and groomer ruined it completely. This platform itself look highly unprofessional and unreliable

There is dog walker and trainer named Rohit Yadav, who was handling Jackie, a 3 years old Labrador in Sant Nagar, Tilak Nagar-18. I witnessed him physically abusing the dog twice. The second time, I followed him to his location and saw him hitting Jackie forcefully with his legs and stick out of frustration. I immediately intervened since he had not idea that someone was following him and confronted him. The dog was in distressed condition and appeared extremely scared of him. The next day I informed Jackie’s owner about this entire incident and showed him the video of my confrontation. It is deeply disappointing and disturbing to witness such behaviour from someone associated with a so called reputed company. It has become necessary that a strict action can be taken against this trainer/walker so that no other dog suffers the pain that Jackie had to. Be careful and mindful before handing over you pet to them if your pet means the world to you and you treat him as your family.

💔 My Dog’s Ear Was Bitten Off by Strays Due to Gross Negligence by @SplootAgency Dog Walker District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum 3rd Nov morning 6 AM was a nightmare. My parent's pet 5-year-old Labrador, Whiskey, was severely injured—a portion of his ear was bitten off by stray dogs—while on a paid walk with a dog walker from @sploot Sploot PETA India I hire a professional service for peace of mind and safety. Instead, the dog walker allegedly exhibited gross negligence, being distracted and scrolling on their phone while my dog was attacked. This horrific injury was 100% preventable. The Facts & The Fight for Accountability The Injury: Whiskey suffered a traumatic bite wound requiring emergency medical care and a full course of Post-Exposure ARV (Anti-Rabies) shots at Happy Paws Vet Clinic. The mental and physical trauma he is enduring is heartbreaking. The Evidence: I have the vet reports, bills (already totaling over ₹3,000, not including ongoing care), and communication confirming the incident. - they have reimbursed the medical bills till now. The Admission, The Refusal: @SplootAgency quickly agreed to reimburse the medical bills—a clear admission of their liability and deficiency in service. However, they are refusing to pay any compensation for the trauma, my lost time from work, and the emotional distress caused, simply citing an internal 'policy.' My Call to Action & Warning I am sharing this to warn every pet parent: Do NOT trust your beloved pets to a service that values its internal 'policy' over the safety and well-being of the animals it is paid to protect. Because they have refused to take full responsibility for their negligence, I am now escalating this legally. I will be filing a formal complaint against @SplootAgency in the District Consumer Commission for Deficiency in Service to ensure I get justice for Whiskey and to hold them accountable publicly. Good service for my 3 pets.. I had ordered bathing, teeth cleaning and nail clipping services. Think the app needs more better management in the back end because there was some confusion about the no of services ordered.. but I spoke to Rohit and he sorted things out although I think this caused little difficulties for the groomer who already had some appointments. When it came to the services itself Mr.Yuvaraj was absolutely professional and extremely knowledgeable about dogs. Took his time to get acquainted with them explained about the whole process and was very patient. The quality of his services and attention to details was what I loved.. all 3 of them cookie , plumpy and softy bonded well and it went smoothly in the end. Plumpy was in fact so sad to see him go.. Excellent services .. keep it up sploot.
