Not professional at all, they don't value your time and patience, make fool out of you. I booked a slot for yesterday at 6 but waited till 6.30 and nothing no update from then, that's when I called them and asked. The groomer was coming all the way from Tuglakabad at 6.30pm to Vasant Kunj. What do u expect grooming to be done at night and my dog is black in colour. You don't value someone's time and I do night shifts, as a working parent I have to organise everything. The person on the call said we can do it tomorrow in that case as it's late now , still i was patient and said please come by 3 though that's not the time I get up but still I will be up. Again today i got a call around 3 from the groomer saying i cannot come today as I am not well so can we do Tomorrow I mean when is the tomorrow gonna come. Why do u make your employees work when they are not well On top of that when I called the pet groomer office number a lady answered the call and said my husband is not home and started arguing back to me then said okay fine we will get back to you. But they never contacted me again , m so done I feel like I wasted my time trusted them and their reviews Please don't fall for their reviews it's not even an office so don't expect them to be professional at all If they can't do it just tell me in the first fo atleast I won't keep waiting and arrange my schedule accordingly. Very disappointing wasted my 2 days , n teach that woman how to talk or else don't answer the call. When u start a business atleast maintain some professionalism, if some is trying understand you then don't take them for granted Don't fall for their reviews
