Worst service ever. This guy shoes up to my door. Totally unprofessional, no table, broken comb, most unhygienic tools. After he groomed my cat and left, my cat caught a skin infection. The shampoo these guys use is low grade and most probably fake. Please save your cats and dogs and don't believe the reviews online. Most probably fake or paid. I wish I could give negative stars.

I will suggest if it's your pet 1st grooming session then please avoid them, they are such a un experienced person to deal with pet, my shih tzu got traumatised after the grooming he is not eating and not leaving bed he is also not speaking. Even scared on little sound, he is not leaving me for a second only crying. Such a disgusting services, he got infected suffering from fever.

I booked an at-home pet grooming service with thepetnest and I must say I am very happy with the experience. Both the groomers were extremely well-behaved, patient, and professional throughout. They handled my pet with great care and ensured the grooming was done neatly and cleanly. The service was smooth, stress-free, and convenient. Booked via their WhatsApp marketing team… booked a slot for 11am, groomer walks in casually and slowly at around 1:15pm… when I asked him why he is so late, he says he was notified of this session only at 12:20pm. The CS is clueless and keeps telling someone from Ops is responsible for the bookings. How is that you expect the customer to know who’s responsible for what ! You charge almost Rs. 1700… and the team doesn’t have a decency to at least send their staff on time. The groomer finished everything in 40min… I have no clue what and how he cleaned my large sized dog so fast. The dog’s fur is still wet after the session, his ears are not cleaned properly. Realised today that this company is a complete scam. When I used their services for the 1st time, they were very good.. they think that the customers will pay and they can get away with any kind of shoddy services. Learned my lesson, never using their services again !
