Huge variety of dogs products, medicines and disappointments. Will sell leashes and collars at 3 times the actual price by simply adding smart tags to them. A small dog leash and collar for 800rs!! Imagine that! Once product is sold, there is no after sales Cust Serv. Once u have bought something, there is no guarantee for anything. Advice is free, take as much as u want, but don't come back for returns. Get back to you never happens. Keep following up with them and they'll keep procrastinating.

I never seen this type of pet medicine store in whole delhi because they have all pet medicine. I you want check just call him and say medicine name they have it. This store location is rajouri garden inside Sanjay Gandhi hospital.
I gave an order for some medicine and after around 30-40 minutes I asked for a refund as I didn't need it. These people ignored all my calls and messages for 2 days, and finally responded to my calls after 2 days. After that these people were rude on the phone and said I'll receive my refund in 1-2 days. It's been over 4 days I have not received my refund and they're ignoring my phone calls again. If you want to order medicine from these people I wouldn't recommend it because they are rude their service is not good and they will ignore you if you ask for a refund or exchange of items.
Needed medicines for my dog in am urgent basis, Order wasn't delivered and showed delivered. No response or update from the website even after raising issue several times Pathetic Website Incase of issue there is no response from their end, even if they respond, there is no money refund policy. Don't waste your time and money here.
