This is by far the worst dog care center one could choose. I'm convinced that the reviews are either bought or written by people who are connected to the center. Please don't fall for their "honey trap" reviews. I left my Golden Retriever there for training to address his aggression issues, hoping that they would train him and help him settle down. However, after 15 days when I visited, I saw that nothing had changed with my dog. He was wearing a jacket that belonged to him, but the strap was undone. Every time he urinated, his jacket, which was attached to his body, got wet, and he had to continue wearing it. The situation didn’t improve. The person in charge of the dogs was so scared of my dog that he didn’t even approach him. My dog had recently undergone surgery for a cyst, and after recovery, I left him there for training. The vet had advised that he shouldn't be bathed for about a month, so I specifically told them after he recovered to give him a bath. However, they claimed they had bathed him 3-4 times over the 15-day period. I couldn’t understand how someone who was too afraid to even approach my dog to fix his jacket could suddenly be trusted with bathing him. I became furious and told them I was taking my dog home immediately. That’s when I noticed that my dog’s eye was blood-red. I’m not exaggerating—it was literally bleeding. When I asked what had happened, they told me he had hit himself against the cage while trying to get food. While I understand that he may do that, my main concern was that they didn’t even inform me about the injury or begin treatment right away. It took about two weeks for my dog to recover, and I had to administer medicine three times a day for an issue that still didn’t seem fully resolved. Writing this after his response: First of all, my dog was less than a year old at that time. Second, I sent him to you for training, and I paid all your fees—which now I feel I shouldn’t have, after reading your response. Third, I wrote that review because I was angry. My dog had to go through two weeks of treatment because your staff couldn’t handle him properly. If I’m paying for training, I expect my dog to be safe. If your team couldn’t handle him, why did you tell me you could train him? Why should I trust you when, on the 15th day, I visited and saw my dog in a wet peed clothes, wearing the same thing as before, and with an injury? That injury happened because of your team’s carelessness, and no one even informed me about it. And still, you think I should have let you keep training him? To anyone reading this please don’t fall for the honey trap of reviews like I did. This center is not worth it!
