Very happy with their services to my pawsome baby..They took good care of her,also as requested they gave me pick up and drop facility on extra charge aswell as I was busy and was not able to drop my pet. Timely video was shared and I used to do videocall as well ,staff is very supportive.Thankyou team Dog Dream House.

Sent my dog Shadow here twice and he’s never had any issues. That alone says a lot. Love that they provide pick-up and drop-off, which makes things super convenient. They also share updates and photos, which gives great peace of mind. Approved by Shadow ✔️ Yet to personally visit the place, but so far, very happy with the experience. One advice for the Dog Dream house if they can give a bath to the Baby before sending them that will be even better. Overall it's a good experience.

We had a wonderful experience with the dog boarding service! Our pug & labra was well cared for, received plenty of attention, and came home happy and relaxed. The communication was great throughout—we appreciated the updates and photos. Thank you for treating our dog like family!

My 6-month-old pug was boarded here for 7 days in December. She is now confirmed to be 50 days pregnant via X-ray and ultrasound, proving that unauthorized mating occurred while she was under their care. This is gross negligence and has placed a very young dog at serious health risk. When I tried to file a police complaint, I was intimidated and discouraged, with claims of influence and connections being used to silence me. Individuals associated with the facility (including Aryan, Veeresh, and Bunty) used abusive language and intimidation tactics. Bunty initially admitted fault and later denied responsibility. This facility is unsafe and highly irresponsible. I would strongly warn pet owners against leaving their animals here.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I kept my dog here for 9.5 days. I kept getting muted videos of him (attached below) and didn’t tell me he is unwell. When i went to pick him up, they acted like he is okay, I thought he’s excited and choked on something. They quickly transacted the money and DIDN’T SAY A SINGLE WORD. When I got home I realised his temperature is above 103! He has soo much cuff that he couldn’t even bark! He tried but couldn’t even poop! When I confronted them they blamed each other for not informing. He had the time to send the QR code, how are you?,good but not write “your dog is unwell.” When I asked why wasn’t I provided with videos of him eating for the last 2-3 days, they don’t have an answer. (I’ve attached screenshots of the conversation) On call he gave me examples like: “If you stay at a hotel and get ill, it is not the hotel’s fault.” When you can clearly see a video (I’ve attached) that in Delhi during mid December they didn’t even provide proper bedding. Didn’t inform ahead that we don’t provide it, please bring your own. My poor baby, can’t even say a word. I don’t know how he was kept other than the same kind of MUTE videos they provided everyday. I CAN NEVER TRUST THEM AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU.
