⭐ 1 Star — Horrible & Inhumane Grooming Experience I had one of the worst experiences at this grooming center. During what was supposed to be a simple nail trim, the groomer cut my dog’s nail too deep, causing severe bleeding and pain. My dog was crying and visibly in distress — instead of helping, they handled him harshly and even slapped him. To make things worse, they told us to leave so that the other groomers “don’t get disturbed,” without even offering proper first aid or care. I was shocked at how insensitive and unprofessional the staff were. We trusted them because of their “good reviews,” but after this experience, I truly believe many of those reviews might be misleading. Please do not take your pets here — no animal deserves to be treated this way. Our pets deserve kindness, patience, and compassion, not cruelty and negligence.
