Very good Doctors specially Dr. Bhupendra. He is very much polite and experienced. My Chihuahua baby Jerry has a complicated delivery. He addressed this very well. Not every surgeon has ability to operate a small breed like chihuahua but he handled it very well. Thanks Sir love you ❤️ for this and a very warm thanks from my baby Jerry.

I brought a stray puppy which was close to dying. Doctors were knowledgeable and they also explained me everything in detail. Parvo virus was diagnosed. Treatment was done and the pup recovered in week while i fostered it. All staff, from the nurse/attendants to the receptionist were very good in their behaviour, both towards me and also the pup. I also got 50 percent discount on the treatment for the stray.

This clinic only cares about money. They have zero empathy towards animals or humans. Their staff is extremely rude except dr Vinay. I rescue dogs and I took an injured puppy bitten by large dogs to their clinic because my parents used to take our late pet beagle to this clinic. I immediately took the injured puppy to their clinic I also told them that the puppy is rescued still they charged us rs 1800. And asked us to bring the dogs for 5 days for the treatment. Next day doctor vinay was present in the clinic on requesting he agreed to charge 50% on treatment as the pet is rescued indie. On 4th day dr vinay wasn't present in the clinic and entire staff especially Mr DHARMENDRA CHAHAL misbehaved with me and my brother and over charged us for the treatment. They charged us rs 1000 on that day aswell. I would like to bring in dr vinay's attention that you have lost us as clients and many other clients you must have lost because of the rude behaviour of this man dharmendra. People trust you that's why they bring their pets and injured animals to your clinic. But we are highly disappointed.
