The hotel and its accommodations are quite satisfactory given the price point. However, the quality of the food is pathetic. Should you choose to dine from their kitchen, you may find that the offerings are consistently subpar, and even the beverages are mixed up. I would not recommend this hotel for individuals who intend to order food during their stay.
I highly recommend the LA Hotel. It is a wonderful place with a great atmosphere, clean rooms, and excellent service. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Piyush for his outstanding support, professionalism, and kindness — he truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel
Excellent food and service. I had to organize a family lunch of 30. Staff went out of their way to fulfill our wishes. Got very customized deal thanks to suraj. He even managed to block the pool for us. On the event day, Shiv and his team were also tremendous in their service. Needed no follow up. Every server had a smile on their face.
Visited Hotel LA to enquire about a bulk booking for a wedding. Worst decision ever. Even before finalising anything, we were treated with arrogance and sheer disrespect. The most ridiculous rule? The bride’s own mother is not allowed inside the hotel unless she is a staying guest. Let that sink in. For a wedding enquiry. On top of that, if you bring your own alcohol, they demand ₹1000 per bottle as “extra charges.” No alcohol, no photography, no guests — honestly, why even call this place a hotel? The sales manager was extremely rude, arrogant, and behaved in the most chindi manner possible, constantly looking for excuses to squeeze money out of us. Every sentence was followed by a new demand for extra payment — as if hospitality is a foreign concept here. They quote themselves as a premium property, but reality is laughable. Rooms worth ₹2500 were being quoted at ₹6500 without any justification. Overpriced, overconfident, and absolutely underwhelming. With so many absurd restrictions, this place should rename itself from “Hotel LA” to “LA PG Services.” At least that would be honest. An extremely frustrating and mentally exhausting experience. Do NOT book this hotel if you value your sanity, self-respect, or peace of mind.
Very bad experience., especially with the front desk. They don't allow food and drinks from outside.... probably part of their policy. However they charge an additional fee of rs 500 for the same. it is not mentioned anywhere in the policy this adding it to confusion. I booked my room through Agoda which clearly mentioned food and drinks discount, but I had to argue for the same. They don't even allow your guests inside the room even with a valid i.d which I have never seen before. When asked for reasons, they keep saying it's our hotel policy..in a rude manner. Even most of the 5 star hotels don't object ur valid visitors. Room Service was very slow...we waited for 20 minutes just for having glasses in our room. Then the bill for room dining was incorrect and high (intentional or not?). I had to call them to rectify it. The only thing which was good was the breakfast (though limited items) and the way it was served. Special mention for Mr Vikas and Pinky who were prompt and polite, and paid heed to our request. They were the only shining stars for this hotel. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
