Today, the doctor spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful tone. I have been taking my pet to him for more than 5 years, but suddenly his attitude completely changed. He refused to properly see or treat my pet, which was very disappointing and upsetting. Instead of showing care and responsibility, his behavior felt greedy and unprofessional. A doctor who cannot handle a situation calmly should not blame or disrespect a pet parent. I did not expect this kind of treatment after being a loyal client for so many years. Hate this clinic
Our dog had a sudden emergency, and we called vet pro requesting them to please keep the doctor for a few extra minutes. They were so kind they kept the clinic open just for us and helped immediately. The staff was very understanding and caring, and the doctor treated our dog with great attention.
