I had a very disappointing experience with this pet store. The staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the entire process frustrating. At the time of adoption, they made several promises that turned out to be false. Their services are average at best, but what really bothered me is that they constantly try to overcharge or add unnecessary fees. It feels like they are more interested in making a quick profit than providing good service or caring for the pets. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to adopt a pet.
It’s been 12 years that I’m dealing with pet point they guys are really professional, pets & the hospitality are good here but lil update i want thr is rates but with that we will get reward points as well so that will redeem in future purchase so far so good thank you.
Every single time i call for appointments manager makes fake commitments even the dogs do the suffering- no complaint has been taken seriously ever .. so arrogant and non responsive..

They sell unvaccinated puppies. I got mine on 25th Dec as a gift. He was diagnosed parvovirus positive on 27th, on 2nd Jan he died. I asked for papers for a week, have not received anything from them. I guess not required anymore. If you decide to take a puppy from them, dont pay them before you are satisfied. They sold me a Shihtzu puppy that was not vaccinated for 40 days.
