First of all they are not punctual. They will commit a time and won't inform you about the delay, be it a 24 hrs delay too. You have to call again n again to ask the status. Second they send untrained professional, commit something in the package, do something else and on confrontation very cleverly give 100 rupees discount. They sent a huge vaccum cleaner to dry my cat, my cat was so so afraid of this, secondly it's is so huge that our electricity tripped. I asked if they have a smaller one, they said no, the groomer did not even dry my cat and said that my cat is already 80% dried itself due to hot temperature. Thirdly, just look at how pathetic the hair cutting, no shape, just a freaking mess. I chose them over big brands like Zigly, HUFT, but not again. Pathetic service. Do not even deserve 1 star

Very good for grooming I paid 1000 INR That Includes - Bath of dog, nail cutting, hair cutting, and for ticks we have to pay 200 more. Dog is so happy 😊 after this and the employee and doctor are so humble very good experience must visit
