I would have gave this a big zero, but unfortunately it is not available. Worst women i had ever talked to in my whole life. Please don't chose this place to stay, very very bad experience and mannerless and greediness irrespective of being a women. Shame on her.
"Worst Stay Ever – Hidden Charges, Bad Food & Greedy Management” Worst Stay Ever – Hidden Charges, Bad Food & Greedy Management Booked for ₹874/night, but the owner kept adding charges (₹400 extra for AC, etc.) until it became about ₹1,500/day. Food is terrible and outrageously priced — even a watery cup of tea costs ₹40. Owner later asked me to vacate just to get more money from the room. Extremely unprofessional experience.
Worst Experience ever this lady who owns this hotel is a big time rude lady.. i went their for enquiry for booking for 6-7 rooms for family function. That Lady is not even having basic courtesy and she don`t even know how to speak to guest who have come for enquiry/Booking .. She was yelling like anything and being so rude and very unprofessionally. And this is the not the first experience that i had .. My neighbors also have booked rooms online but when their guest reached to check as mentioned by other people that she don`t take online booking and deny and show her own attitude that i don`t believe then why she has listed her hotel on these online platforms.. Over all a Big Zero just because of the owner (Mrs Goel) if your attitude will be like this i am sorry mam no one would like to ever visit or book your hotel.
The worst experience I have ever had at Goel Residency This was truly the most unpleasant stay my family has ever experienced. We chose Goel Residency because it was listed as a family stay, but the behaviour of the old lady managing the place was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. Instead of offering help or courtesy her attitude made my parents feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, and stressed throughout their stay. I was in a different city at the time. I deeply regret trusting this place with their comfort and safety. Her tone, behaviour, and overall manner were so unprofessional. No guest, especially elderly parents, should have to deal with such negativity from someone who is supposed to manage the place. This was an awful experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid booking here if they expect even the minimum level of respect and hospitality. Never ever book this place. My parents checked in at 10:30 AM, and I had requested a 4-hour extension, which clearly allowed them to stay until 2:30 PM. Yet the staff at Hotel Goel—especially the old lady—insisted they leave by 12 or 12:30. She then became rude and arrogant, repeatedly telling my parents to check out. On the other hand, I paid you ₹1500 an amount that should cover a full day’s stay, not just 2 or 4 hours. Worst experience with this place
Very disappointing stay. Worst experience ever. Zero if possible The condition of the room was extremely pathetic and not at all worth the money charged. The owner, Mrs. Geol, charged three times more than the amount shown on online booking platforms. Since my check-in and check-out timings were odd, I reluctantly accepted the amount, but I deeply regret that decision. There was no proper service or attendance. I had to wait at the reception for nearly 30 minutes with no staff available. Basic amenities were missing—no toiletries were provided, which is unacceptable. The behaviour may appear polite, but the service is extremely poor and totally unprofessional. Overall, this has been the worst hotel stay of my life. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone
