I am pet parent of two shih tzu and i can’t express my gratitude to Dr.Dheeraj for his kindness and support for keeping my baby healthy and they got an amazing staff Suraj who is always there for any Quiery 24x7
THEY LOST MY DOG! *THE FACT THAT YOUR STAFF DID NOT EVEN INFORM THAT MY KID WAS LOST SAYS SO MUCH ABOUT YOUR SERVICE.* While I was paying the consultation fee Rs700 and the medication fees at the counter one of the handlers took my dog and said he will walk the dog outside while I paid my bills. I'm not aware when they had lost my kid because they did not even inform me that my kid had run away Instead I got a call from my Mom saying that the society worker had informed me that my kid had entered the society. (Which is 2 societies away). After she was hit by a scooter. My kid returned home bleeding. I can only imagine the trauma she will have to go through. And now Dr Dheeraj, when I had mentioned this to him. He told me it was my kids fault because it tried to bite. No sign of concern or any steps taken for the lack in service that they had provided because he was in a meeting. Staff here are unqualified. Will definitely suggest any place else. Service is slow even on regular days and not worth the price. There are a lot of other good places. Nearby. PLEASE GO READ OTHERS REVIEWS TOO.
I can’t explain you have to experience. Guidance of the doctor. Support of staff. Grooming medication vaccine everything is 5star. They listen to the problems and they care about you pet as they are humans not animals. Every pet who visit its a second home family and safe place for them. They are amazing and experience can’t be explained in words.
Been visiting here since 8yrs. Never disappointed. Doc always prescribe needed med n tests only. His advices are always keeping in mind wats actually needed n best for pet.
We have been visiting Dr.Dheeraj for past 8 years and I can vouch that he is the best at his job, always so cooperative, understanding and so knowledgeable. No unnecessary treatment or medication, even the staff is so friendly and helpful that my dog Scooby feels so comfortable with them.
