They have zero empathy towards the dogs and they take zero responsibility for their actions. My friend took her beautiful golden retriever for just a trim near the crotch area and the groomer COMPLETELY SHAVED the whole body, face, neck and tail. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour and lack of knowledge! Do not book them even by mistake.

Don't even accidentally book these guys for your dogs! I had booked them for both of my dogs, and CATEGORICALLY told them to completelt trim the crotch area of my dog, they completelu trimmed her whole body and left her completely hairless. Customer service is also absolutely crap. They will take your money, bald your dog and take 0 responsibility. Please note, she's a golden retriever so you can imagine how she looks. Better to bathe them by yourself than book these guys.
