My experience with this team was extremely disappointing. Rude staff. Fake reviews. I was told that they had a professional panel of decorators, but in reality, the entire décor was handled internally by their own family, and not by any qualified experts as promised. The decoration charges were unreasonably high for what was delivered, and the quality did not match what I paid for. On top of that, the staff was very unhelpful throughout the process. Instead of enjoying my wedding, their mismanagement created unnecessary stress on what should have been a happy occasion. Many of the positive reviews seem misleading based on my experience. I genuinely hope no other bride or family goes through such a situation. Very poor service overall.

Visited Seven Seas Hotel in November and had a really good experience. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and the service was amazing. The staff was genuinely helpful, they even offered to pick up my Uber food and didn’t let me go outside alone. Really appreciated their care and hospitality. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Beautiful halls. Good sound system. Clean toilets. Good catering. Being a south Indian, i didn't like the sambhar but they served fantastic tea ( very hard to make it good fir a large gathering is what my experience tells me). So the tea won't me over! Coffee was good too. Had vegetarian sandwiches, cutlets, paneer tikka and veg puffs as a part of high tea. All were good. The place had a good upmarket vibe.

attended new year bash, I would say the party was great with good crowd. the hygiene and atmosphere was also good. never doubted the taste but somehow some stalls , items weren't handled well and served cold. breads weren't served in time on the tables. sitting was also on the tighter side.
