Good and reliable doctors, diagnosis is pretty accurate and convenient. I have a pet guinea pig and therefore I visit this hospital quite frequently. The doctors are good and their diagnosis is pretty accurate. For general consultation I would recommend this place but not for any advance treatment as there is not much equipments available here. The OPD time is 8 am to 8 pm and they don’t charge for any consultation. There isn’t any chemist available in the compound. However, there’s one 24x7 chemist right opposite to this place from where you can buy your medicines. Overall a satisfactory experience.
I recently had a bad experience with this hospital under the guidance of Doc. Sarvana who is just interested in writing medicines and then don’t care what happens next and is always busy with his phone. I brought my loving dog who was aged and he prescribed medicines and injections which were given in a separate adjoining room. My dog during the treatment got seizure and the doc prescribed an injection which was given in high dosage by the assistant as there was no supervision. Later it was identified that the doc didn’t inform the correct dosage which should have been much less. There was no supervision. My aged dog who was already sick couldn’t bear the injection and as we reached home she died. I am still recovering from this personal loss and regret of taking her to this hospital and get treated from this doctor.
It's written that it closes at 7 pm but the truth is it closes around 4 pm monday to Friday and Saturday Sunday it is off. Many time the doctor take leave and the hospital ran out of doctors. Alse the cleanliness of the hospital is very bad.
Feedback/Complaint about Veterinary Hospital (Dabri – Palam Rd, Durgapuri & Dwarkapuri, Mahavir Enclave I, Vijay Enclave, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi – 110045) This hospital is supposed to be a government veterinary hospital, but in reality, it functions like a private one and even costs more. For every treatment, we are asked to buy A to Z medicines and surgical items from outside. The doctor here does not even physically examine the pets — he only prescribes expensive medicines, and most of the time, we are forced to purchase them from Arora Pet Medical Store, which is just 100 meters away from the hospital. Even after bringing new medicines from outside, the staff keep them aside and instead use old stock of medicines, which raises serious doubts about their quality and effectiveness. The doctor makes the untrained staff do everything — from vaccination to dressing — even though they don’t know how to properly handle animals. The staff are rude, careless, and rough with pets, causing them unnecessary pain. My pet underwent surgery here, and although it is a government hospital, I ended up paying around ₹10,000, which is equal to or even more than private hospitals charge for a neuter surgery. Despite such high costs, the treatment was careless and incomplete. For example, after cutting my pet’s stitches, they didn’t even remove the surgical threads and simply told us to take the pet home. Later, my pet started bleeding heavily. We immediately took him to Zigly in janakpuri, where Dr. Fatima treated him with care and compassion. She found that the surgical wound had developed an infection due to the negligence and wrong treatment given at this government hospital. Thanks to Dr. Fatima’s correct treatment, my pet finally got relief. This hospital is government only in name. In reality, it is badly managed, highly expensive, careless, and harmful for animals. Strict action should be taken against this hospital, its doctor, and staff for negligence and exploitation of pet owners
Scam going govt should take action against them . Pls don’t go to this hospital . This is genuine review . Recently I took my dog there . Very soft and delicate dog diagnosed with tick fever . First thing they have all medicines but they freshly rewrite substitute of those medicines to buy from Arora pharma . Again cheaters they bill u approx 2300 to 2500 . Then the medicine u buy are not even used they keep them in seperate room and very smartly use there old medicines . The place they put the drip to dogs is so dirty that ur pet will get a new infection . Most importantly they don’t clean there instruments never sanitize them . Next climax comes when that stupid assistant puts . Candula in ur pets feet , instead of putting in vines puts in skins and applied force on ur dogs . This is genuine advise we people think that govt hospital is cheaper it’s a false myth every time I visited bill was 2600 and no improvement in my dog . Later o went to a private clinic in Dwarka sec 11 found doctor diagnosed perfect. Only in one injection my dog was perfect and such a clean clinic . And total costed 700 to me . Wud request all of u this hospital is a big scam going on these guys should be punished.
