If you're looking for a place to temporarily board your beloved pet, look no further. Abhinav, who runs Master of Pawpets, is so good at what he does. He has endless love, respect, and empathy for the pets he takes in. We saw this reflected in the onbarding process. Abhinav insists you bring your pet a few days before you intend to board them; to get them used to him and the space, rid them of their anxiety, help him understand the pet and their temperament in the presence of the parent, and a long chat about the pet's sensibilities. On that note, I like how thorough MOP is with their comprehensive onboarding forms - which address varied aspects of your pet's personality. I also want to take a second to reflect on the MOP premises. They have this beautiful, open space with high boundary walls. There is a sweet, well maintained garden at the front of the property, a gorgeous sit out, and two spaces where the boarders reside in their individually allotted cabins. The entire property feels like its constantly lit with golden sunlight. The decor is quirky and odd and delightful - unique wooden pieces and art works that make you pause. He places great emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene, the entire premises are cleaned regularly and it shows. In fact, while I find MOP reasonably priced, I have seen other pet boardings charge less but do a horrible job with maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in their premises. Some of those places won't have sufficient space for the pets to run around, play, socialise - or they don't cut the grass regularly. On all those aspects, MOP effortlessly scores high. Then, once your pet is handed over to Abhinav, it's honestly marvellous how he has built a system designed to put your pet and your mind at ease. Each parent is looped in, regular updates are provided. It doesnt even feel like you're not with your pet. It feels like you're right there, living their day with them. The food given to your pets is freshly prepared, specific to each boarder's preferences. My pet is a highly anxious resident. But I saw her transform under Abhinav's care. He respected her fears and anxiety, approached her with acute emotional intelligence. Honestly, she looked better after her stay at MOP, because the care and the nourishment were top notch. She even managed to befriend a fellow boarder, which came as a pleasant surprise to those of us who know her well and love her. I was compelled to ask Abhinav for tips on preparing my pet's food, because I saw how good she looked and I wanted to recreate that for her. If budget isn't an issue, this is a dreamy place to send your pet. If you are looking for something more affordable, don't - spend those extra pennies and let your pet board here. They'll return happy, loved and nourished and it would be worth it

Master of Pawpets was a great experience for us and our puppy! They encouraged us to visit with the dog before our first stay to get to know the people and area, showed us around the facility, answered all our questions, and did everything needed to make us and the dog feel comfortable there. Videos and photos throughout the stay were great, and home pickup and dropoff is unbeatable. We even asked for the recipes they used for their homemade meals since it was obvious our puppy loved it! Highly recommend Master of Pawpets, we will definitely be using their services again!

Amazing experience at Master of Pawpets. My dog enjoyed his stay a lot. Hands on care and personalised experience made him feel at home. My dog who is usually anxious when separated returned back home glowing and happiest. Great owner (Abhinav Ji), very loving and caring. Would 100% recommend to other pet owners for assured and tension free boarding for your pet. Dog taxi feature that they offer is amazing and makes the whole experience good for you.

Abhinav, you are doing a great job . Master Of Pawpets is an awesome place to board your pets. The facility is clean and full of positive vibes. The regular updates , fresh food,photos & video clips are simply fantastic. We truly appreciate the effort and support you gave to Leo and all the other babies.

5-star experience with Master of Pawpet. The staff is very caring, the environment is clean, and my pet felt completely at home. I was stress-free knowing my baby ( Charlie) was in good hands. Will definitely visit again!
