Worst Experience – Do Not Stay Here I had a terrible experience at this hotel and strongly advise looking for better options nearby. I paid 1,400 for a room that looked nothing like the photos shown online; the actual condition was appalling. The room was very dirty upon arrival. Despite calling multiple times, the staff failed to provide basic necessities like towels. To make matters worse, the geyser was broken. They sent someone to fix it, but it only worked for five minutes before failing again. Save your money and find a better place to stay. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Rooms are fine. Geyser worked only for 2 days and other days not working. After complaining also no action. Service is good. One day after returning, my room's exhaust fan was on and bathroom door was open. Upon asking had they came for cleaning they denied it completely. Something was fishy.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed! It is a cheap „hotel on hours” that’s why have good opinions. Lack of towels, water, hair dryer, kettle, shower gel and even toilet paper! Bedsheets dirty and yellow and towels (when finally staff brought them) also dirty and smelly. The temperature in the room the same like outside 6-7 degrees and no heater. The staff makes a lot of noise at night and clean the rooms and corridor in the middle of the night!!! It was impossible to fall asleep. You hear also the noise from the road and suspicious guests running from room to room. The way to the hotel and neighbourhood look like slums even for India. The hotel is run-down and totally different the in the photos. The staff unpleasant and don’t speak English

Perfect location for exploring [Landmark] and easily the best breakfast buffet we've had in a long time. Whether you’re here for work or a getaway, you won’t be disappointed!"

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location made it easy to travel around the city. Overall, a very comfortable and satisfying experience. Highly recommended.
